Meeting rooms at Good Shepherd can be requested by any parish sponsored event or group. When not in use by the parish or its members, Good Shepherd welcomes the use of The Community Center by surrounding Catholic parishes, churches of other faiths, and the community. Worship Area (Main church, rooms 1-6/cry room)
While respecting the traditions of the Catholic church, this expandable space seats 1,200 and features audio /visual capabilities including a large presentation screen, recording booth and custom lighting.
Chapel
This smaller worship space seats 100 and can accommodate weddings, funerals, and special Masses. Eurcharist Adoration is held Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Community Center
This wing was added in 1987 to provide an area where the faith community can gather for meetings, special events and Masses during peak attendance . The space includes the 400+ seat community room, professional grade kitchen, atrium, and bar.
Community Rooms
Perfect for wedding receptions or other special events. A dance floor is available.
This multipurpose space can be subdivided into smaller spaces with seating capacities ranging from 40 to 400.
Atrium
The entry area to the community room also serves as a spacious gathering area available for small receptions. It includes a bar area with ice machine and walk-in cooler.
Kitchen
The large spacious kitchen is professionally outfitted with standard and convection ovens, commerical dishwasher, multiple upright freezer and refrigeration equipment, and ample food preparation areas.
Wall of Creation
Award winning sculpture presents the story of creation beginning with the breath of God, culminating with the figures of a man/woman/child carved into Indiana limestone.
Youth Room (room 15)
This room is used primarily by the Good Shepherd Jr. and Sr. High youth groups for activities, planning, and fun.
Welcome Center
Dedicated in September, 2002, this area includes meeting space, parish library, and the welcome center. The Welcome Center provides a comfortable space for new parishioners to meet with Welcoming Shepherds.
Gathering Area
Main entry area used for gatherings before and after services, and includes three activity centers for distribution of information. The "All Are Welcome" message is engraved in stone on the wall in this area.
Parish Offices
The area encompasses the parish library and the Welcome Center, in addition to offices for the pastor and parish staff.
Education/Meeting Rooms (rooms 23-33)
Designed to provide comfortable meeting space for parish sponsored organizations, these rooms offer seating capacities up to 80 persons. Each room includes AV, whiteboard and notepad capabilities.
Bridal/Bereavement Suite (room 21)
This space offers a private setting ideal for pre-wedding preparations as well as funeral planning. Contains restroom/dressing area.
Nursery Area (rooms 23 and 24)
Multipurpose rooms used for meeting space and/or child care area.

Use of Premises Agreement
In order to confirm a reservation for Good Shepherd facilities, you must sign and return a Use of Premises Agreement along with a non-refundable fee of 20% of the applicable Facility Usage Fee. A $200.00 damage/security deposit must also be paid at that time. The balance of the Usage Fee must be paid at least one month prior to the event. A sample of the agreement can be downloaded for your review. After discussion with Dan Parker, Director of Facilities, a completed original agreement will be sent to you for your signature.
Rules and Regulations for Use of Facilities
The primary use of Good Shepherd's facilities is intended for the registered members of our parish. The physical plant has been designed to allow our people to worship, be educated and supported, and celebrate socially the significant sacramental events of their family. When our facility is not used by the parish or members, we welcome its use by parishioners of surrounding Catholic parishes, churches of other faiths, and the community.
