The primary purpose of the Education and Formation Department is to provide opportunities to Good Shepherd parishioners at every state of their life that will enable them to grow in their intellectual knowledge (education), and in their spiritual development (formation) of the Catholic faith. Director of Educational Ministries Education and Formation
The Director's responsibilities are in the overall administration, development, support, promotion and evaluation of our Religious Education program. He/she works with the pastor, staff, and Religious Education coordinators to provide for the pre-school through adult educational formation needs of our parish.

Coordinator of Youth and Young Adult Ministries- x724
Jeff is responsible for the planning and implementation of a total Youth Ministry program for junior high and high school students which involves providing spiritual, service, and social activities for the youth. Jeff also works with the Young Adults (20's and 30's) of our parish coordinating social, service and faith sharing events.

Donna Krabbe
Adult Formation and RCIA Coordinator - x737

Donna coordinates the various elements of the Rite of Christian Initiation (RCIA) process. This formation work includes school-age children to adult men and women.She works closely with a team of volunteers familiar with the rite. Information about becoming Catholic can be obtained by contacting Donna. Donna is also responsible for adult faith formation programs, parish retreats, and evangelization.
