The Pastoral Care and Outreach Department strives to live out the Gospels by recognizing that every individual's life is a sacred gift from God, and, therefore, has purpose and meaning. We recognize that life offers us multiple challenges. it is our responsibility to provide support during those times. Therefore, we offer parishioners opportunities to experience life holistically and abundantly. We also look beyond ourselves to individuals in our greater communities, the city, the nation, and the world. With acts of charity and justice, we seek to make this life of abundance available to all.

 Jerry DiCristoforo
Director of Pastoral Care and Outreach -

Jerry is responsible for coordinating all parish outreach programs including St. Vincent de Paul, Shepherd's Care, Psalm 23 ministry, AMOS, etc. He is responsible for developing educational programs for social justice and social awareness. Jerry is also the staff liaison for Parish Pastoral Council.
 Rick Gallenstein
Pastoral Minister - x708
Rick is responsible for the ministry to the hospitalized, bereaved, sick, shut-ins and nursing home residents. He also works with the Caring Hands ministry. He offers grief support and psychological and spiritual care.
 Yvonne Hill
Family Minister - x726
Yvonne is responsible for focusing on ministering to families with children and mariage enrichment.
 Jack Peltz
Health Minister - x709
Jack is responsible for working with our ministries providing health related support, i.e., Spiritual Healing Touch, Blood Pressure screening, and some support groups.
