Action Steps

Responding to Pope Benedict’s call to protect the environment and populations that are vulnerable to global climate change, the Green Team is:

  • Adopting the St. Francis Pledge.
  • Researching rooftop solar panels and a Light Pipe, as well as promoting energy conservation at Good Shepherd to economize on electricity and other utility bills.
  • Exploring methods to REDUCE, REUSE and RECYCLE our material goods.
  • Establishing a parish library
  • display on the lifestyle changes that support a flourishing environment.
