Grief Support
We are a grief support group for adults mourning loss through death from any cause.

“The New Day Journal: A Journey from Grief to Healing” offers those who have lost a loved one in death a structured way to work through the tasks of grief. This nine week program is based on the premise that journaling one’s thoughts, feelings, and experiences is one of the most helpful ways to move beyond the pain that is caused by the death of a loved one.
The small group sessions include prayer, reflection, discussion, sharing, and journaling with a small group.
These nine week two hour sessions are offered four times a year, on Monday evenings. Training is provided.

I am the good shepherd, and I know mine and mine know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I will lay down my life for the sheep.
