We prepare and serve a Sunday dinner for 50+ people in Over-the-Rhine each month.

Sign-ups to donate are held on the second Sunday of the month; the meal is served on the third Sunday.

Mission of Tender Mercies:

Tender Mercies in Over the Rhine provides housing and individualized supportive services to homeless persons with histories of mental illness. Tender Mercies has a goal that residents are provided with at least one meal a day. Residents do not have the facilities to cook in their rooms, and depend upon volunteer organizations to bring in meals each day. A group which volunteers to bring in a meal to one of the buildings prepares the meal and provides all of the items required to serve it (paper plates, cups, napkins) in a buffet line in the common area of the residence.
