This policy lets you know how we handle information we learn about you from your visit to our Web site. The information we receive depends on what you do when you visit our site. We do not collect personally identifying information about you unless you provide it voluntarily.

We use this information to measure the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, and to help us make our site more useful.

Submitting information via e-mail or an interactive form:
If you decide to send us an electronic mail message (e-mail), the message will usually contain your return e-mail address. If you include personally-identifying information in your e-mail because you want us to address issues specific to your situation, we may use that information in responding to your request. This may require that we share the information with another member of our parish if that person's participation is necessary to effectively respond to your request/inquiry. All collected information will be a closed record to the extent allowed by Ohio law. Also, e-mail is not necessarily secure against interception. Please send only information necessary to help us process your request.

On some of our Web pages we offer interactive forms that let you voluntarily submit identifying information about you or your family. This occurs, for example, when you are applying for a job at Good Shepherd, registering for a class or workshop, joining a ministry, responding to a call for volunteers, or responding to a survey and submitting it via the internet. All submitted information is used only for the expressed purposes for which it is intended. This may require that we share the information with, for example, another staff member, ministry leader, or teacher if the other person is necessary to respond to your request/inquiry. All collected information will be a closed record to the extent allowed by Ohio law.
