The funeral reception ministry supports those families using Good Shepherd facilities for their funeral receptions.
The funeral reception committee provides room set-up, sets out the food and drinks, and provides clean up after the reception. The committee works in teams of 8-10 people. The teams are scheduled throughout the year and called upon when needed. With the number of volunteers on a team, there are typically plenty of volunteers available to assist so you do not need to worry if you are not always available.
