Hearing Assistance Program

Good news! Our new hearing assistance program is here and it works with phone and Bluetooth. Below you will find the instructions on how to access this program.

In order to use the new hearing assistance program with your own hearing aids, please do the following:

1. First, download the program WaveCAST Audio Receiver to your mobile phone.


2. Once you have downloaded the program, and you are in our worship space, you will be prompted to connect to our wireless network.


3. Go to Settings on your phone, and click on GSHearing under Wi-Fi access.  You will be asked to enter a password. Enter the following password: listentomass


4. Once you have connected, hit next. Note: There is no need to worry about the next two steps just hit Next or Skip.


5. You should see FM_Plus on your screen.  If you do not, then just hit the button in the bottom left corner that looks like a computer with a sound symbol. 


6. You should see FM_Plus - click on this and you will be connected. Note: You should be able to hear it through your hearing aids if they are connected to your phone. 

We still have the other hearing assist programs in the office if you do not have hearing aids that connect to your phone.  You can sign them out and return them to the parish office after Mass.
